Please allow 2–7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During launches, limited drops, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Shipping transit times are in addition to processing times.
Retail orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Shipping options available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping – no tracking included
- Express / Tracked Shipping – includes tracking and insurance
Tracking information is only provided if a tracked or express shipping option is selected at checkout.
Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship once all items within the order are ready. If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We cannot be held responsible for:
- postal or courier delays
- lost or stolen parcels during transit
- failed delivery attempts
- incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, it may be resent at the customer’s expense.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are not paid, parcels may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs. We are unable to refund shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs handling charges, or any additional fees incurred due to unpaid customs charges.
Customs offices may hold parcels for several days awaiting payment, so we recommend monitoring your email inbox and spam/junk folders for notifications from your courier.
Wholesale orders are shipped from Spain under DAP / EXW (Incoterms) terms. This means all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment may be required before delivery is released.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or additional charges resulting from unpaid customs duties or taxes.
We hope you love your pieces for years to come. If you do wish to return an item, please read our policy below carefully.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or dispatch confirmation. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our ceramic pieces, all ceramics are final sale. Slight irregularities and variations are part of the handmade process and should not be considered faults.
Archive Sale items are also final sale. These pieces may include end-of-season stock, one-off items, or pieces with minor imperfections.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Any customs fees, courier charges, handling fees, or restocking fees incurred during the return process may be deducted from your refund total.
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. We cannot accept or refund unauthorised returns.
